Ambient vaporizers
These systems are relatively easy-to-use heat exchangers, since they use the heat absorbed from the ambient air to evaporate the liquefied gas, without the need for external energy.
The liquid circulates through a circuit made up of different finned tubes. This circuit may be arranged in series or in parallel.
Given their functionality and energy self-sufficiency, there is high demand within the industry for these vaporizers, as they are suitable for a wide range of applications.
Given their characteristics, these systems have low maintenance costs.
There are 2 types of ambient vaporizers, depending on the pressure:
Low pressure
A maximum working pressure (PS) of 40 bar
High pressure
A maximum working pressure (PS) of 450 bar
Vaporizers are designed to adapt to the customer’s flow rate requirements, in order to prevent low-temperature gas from entering the product’s pipework.
