Low Pressure Ambient Vaporizers
These units are manufactured with aluminium finned tubes.
The fins provide an extended surface for contact with the environment that collects the ambient heat and, as such, provide energy for the evaporation.
The vaporizers are designed for a maximum working pressure of 40 bar pursuant to the design codes AD2000, ASME VIII div. 1
The formation of ice in the ambient vaporizer is normal, since the air condensation occurs on the surface of the finned tube.
When calculating the capacity of our gasifiers, we take into account this frost that forms on the finned tubes, by applying a correction factor.
All the components that transport the gas are aluminium.
Our equipment is designed and manufactured in accordance with Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU.
In order to increase the capacity of a system in locations with reduced space, LOAR offers a forced evaporation design with fans installed on the upper part of the vaporizers. These fans force a greater flow of air, which will also result in less frost, thus increasing the equipment’s capacity.
High Pressure Ambient Vaporizers
High pressure vaporizers consist of a circuit of stainless steel tubes wedged inside the aluminium finned tubes.
These vaporizers are designed for a maximum working pressure of 450 bar pursuant to the design code EN13445.
Our equipment is designed and manufactured in accordance with Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU.
